Community Care Fund Application

Thank you for your interest in The Community Care Fund. Dr. Nicole is deeply committed to making sex and relationship support accessible, inclusive, and rooted in care for our whole community.

Community members who are able to pay the full session rate contribute directly to The Community Care Fund, making it possible for others to receive sliding-scale scholarship support. This collective model allows us to practice the very values we cultivate in our work: mutual care, integrity, and interdependence.

At The Pleasure Practice we believe in building adaptable, evolving relationships. As your circumstances change, your rate can too. This is a trust-based pricing model. Please choose the highest tier that feels sustainable and supportive for your current circumstances. Paying at higher tiers helps expand access for others while keeping this work viable.

Tier 1:

You may resonate with this tier if:

You have stable income and generally meet your financial needs.
Paying the full rate would create some strain or require trade-offs.
You have some financial cushion, but budgeting still matters.
Sessions are an investment you can make with planning and intention.

Individual sessions: $300 per session

Tier 2:

You may resonate with this tier if:

Paying for sessions requires careful budgeting.
You are managing debt, caregiving responsibilities, or other significant expenses.
You have limited discretionary income.
A reduced rate would meaningfully support your ability to engage in sessions consistently.

I understand that the Community Care Fund is a shared, limited resource within the community. Community Care Fund awards are valid through December 31 of the calendar year in which they are approved. Continued participation at a Community Care Fund rate requires reapplication and re-certification each January and is subject to availability.
