Relationship Anarchy - Solo-Polyamory - Polyamory - Open - Swinging - Monogamish
An Invitation to Transform
You already know so much about non-monogamy. You’ve questioned traditional relationship scripts, explored different ways of loving, developed language for your needs and boundaries, and intentionally chosen relationships beyond the models you inherited.
But, understanding non-monogamy and fully embodying it are not the same thing.
Pleasure Liberation: Non-Monogamy is a 16-week immersive small group program designed to help you move beyond intellectual understanding and deepen your capacity to actually live non-monogamy with greater pleasure, security, autonomy, and connection.
Through education, embodied practice, personal reflection, and the experience of exploring alongside an intimate community, you’ll deepen your relationship with yourself and others while expanding your capacity to create relationships that feel increasingly free, secure, pleasurable, and your own.

This group changed how I love. I came in overwhelmed by jealousy and confusion, and left with so much clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Dr. Nicole’s guidance is profound and gentle. For the first time, I feel like I’m building relationships that are actually mine. Deeply grateful.
Quinn M.
I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from my own pleasure until this group helped me return to it. Every session gave me tools, insight, and community. I’ve learned how to ask for what I want without shame and that has transformed everything. It was truly life-giving.
Ellis V.
This was more than a course, it was a complete shift in how I relate. I no longer feel stuck in old patterns. With Dr. Nicole’s support and the magic of this group, I’ve started living my relationships with intention, joy, pleasure, and freedom. I can't thank her and the group enough.
Marin S.

You’re ready to communicate what you desire with greater clarity, honor your boundaries, and love others deeply without abandoning yourself.
-
You’re curious about how your identities, histories, attachment experiences, and cultural conditioning shape the way you practice non-monogamy and what becomes possible when you relate more intentionally.
-
You want to practice non-monogamy in community with others who are equally willing to be curious, vulnerable, challenged, witnessed, and transformed.
I finally moved beyond intellectually understanding non-monogamy and started actually embodying it with more security, pleasure, and a community alongside me.
Sophia J.

The Curriculum
Part I: Embodying Pleasurable Non-Monogamy
Weeks 1–8 | Foundations & Relational Practice
(August 28th - October 16th)
Non-monogamy can offer enormous freedom and still bring up jealousy, insecurity, comparison, people-pleasing, uncertainty, and old relational patterns you thought you had moved beyond. In our first eight weeks, we slow these experiences down and build the skills to navigate them differently. You’ll examine the relational scripts you inherited, understand what happens in your brain and body when relationships feel threatening or expansive, and practice creating more security, autonomy, pleasure, and choice in how you relate.
Part II: Understanding Your Relational Patterns
Weeks 9-12 | Your Past, Present, and Future of Non-Monogamy
(October 23rd - November 20th)
Knowing the concepts is different from recognizing them while they are unfolding in your own life. This part of the program turns the lens toward you. Through Past, Present & Future presentations, facilitated reflection, and collective witnessing, you’ll trace the experiences and systems that shaped how you relate, identify the patterns you are living today, and clarify the relationships and relational life you want to create. You’ll also learn through the complexity of other people's stories, expanding what you can imagine beyond the relational possibilities you have personally experienced.
Part III: Living Into Relational Pleasure
Weeks 13-16 | Integration and Ongoing Practice
(November 27th - December 11th)
The final weeks focus on bringing everything you’ve learned into your relationships and everyday life. We’ll reflect on what has changed over the course of the program, where you still want to grow, and the practices that will help you continue building relationships with more pleasure, security, autonomy, and connection. We’ll also make space to celebrate the relationships and community you’ve built together and prepare for the transition out of the cohort.

FAQs

This is not a self-paced course you purchase and work through alone. Pleasure Liberation: Non-Monogamy is a live, intimate, 16-week experiential container with Dr. Nicole and a cohort of just 10 participants.
The work brings research and theory into direct conversation with your relationships, your body, your nervous system, and the patterns unfolding in your life. Through weekly group sessions, private sessions, guided practices, reflection, and ongoing community support, you have time to explore what you are learning, practice new ways of relating, and receive support as those changes begin to take shape in your life.
Over 16 weeks, we build a shared space where intellectual insight can become embodied practice. You are invited to develop greater capacity for authenticity, pleasure, self-trust, communication, and relational freedom.

Pleasure Liberation brings together a small cohort of adults who practice non-monogamy and are ready to deepen their capacity for pleasure, security, autonomy, and connection within their relationships. Participants often arrive having already spent meaningful time reflecting on themselves and their relationships, and are ready to explore what becomes possible when their understanding of non-monogamy moves beyond individual insight and into embodied practice and community.
Cohorts include people across a range of identities, relationship structures, experiences with non-monogamy, and life stages, with many participants identifying as queer and/or LGBTQIA+. While everyone in the program must identify as practicing non-monogamy, there is no single way your relationships need to look. What matters most is a willingness to approach non-monogamy with curiosity, openness, respect, and a desire to grow alongside others.

Plan for the two-hour live session each week, along with additional time for reflection and weekly journaling practices.
You will have space between sessions to experiment with what you are learning in your relationships, notice what emerges, and bring those experiences back into our work together.
The more space you create for curiosity, practice, and reflection throughout the 16 weeks, the more opportunities you will have to integrate the work into your everyday life.

That’s okay. Things happen. Just let Dr. Nicole know if you are unable to attend.
To protect the privacy and intimacy of the group, live sessions are not recorded. The curriculum and educational materials from each week will be available through the online portal, so you can stay connected to the material and continue your practices between sessions.
Consistent participation is encouraged because so much of the experience comes from the relationships, conversations, and practices we build together over the 16 weeks.

Generally, no. The Non-Monogamy Program is intentionally designed for participants to enter as individuals, creating space for everyone to build new connections, take relational risks, and engage with the group from a more equal starting point. Joining alongside an established partner can shift the dynamics of the cohort and make it harder to create that shared foundation.
There may be limited circumstances where people who share community or existing connections can participate in the same cohort. If you have a specific relational constellation and are wondering whether joining together could be a fit, you’re welcome to explore that with Dr. Nicole during the Discovery Call.
