Pleasure Liberation
Assessment

This Pleasure Liberation Assessment is informed by my Doctoral Training in Psychological Assessment and years of clinical work supporting individuals and partners who are questioning inherited relationship scripts and longing to live with more honesty, pleasure, and freedom.

This is not diagnostic, and there are no right or wrong answers. This is an invitation to slow down and notice what is already asking for change. Please respond honestly and intuitively, noticing what feels most true in your body.

I will carefully review your responses and discuss your results with you during our discovery call so we can determine what support will best serve you.

1. How close do you currently feel to your own pleasure, desire, and sense of aliveness?
2. How aligned does your current relational life feel with who you know yourself to be becoming?
3. How often do you feel like you are performing a version of yourself in relationships rather than fully inhabiting who you are?
4. How much internal tension do you experience between what you want and what you allow yourself to want?
5. How connected do you feel to your erotic aliveness, not only sexually but emotionally and energetically?
6. How safe does it feel to tell the full truth about your desires, boundaries, and curiosities in your relationships?
7. How willing are you to examine your own relational patterns, even when doing so challenges familiar narratives or self image?
8. How prepared do you feel to stay present through discomfort, uncertainty, or relational growing pains in service of deeper pleasure and integrity?
9. How constrained do you currently feel by inherited relationship scripts around monogamy, gender roles, desire, or commitment?
10. How committed do you feel right now to liberating your pleasure and choosing a more authentic, aligned way of relating?

Thank you for taking the time to reflect and complete your Pleasure Liberation Assessment. Pausing to consider your pleasure, your relationships, and your readiness for change is not a small act. For many people, it is the first moment they allow themselves to see clearly what has been asking for attention.

I will carefully review your responses and discuss your results with you during our discovery call so we can determine what support will best serve you at this stage of your journey. You will also receive an email shortly with an overview of my offerings including pricing and details about my Community Care Fund so you can begin familiarizing yourself with the different ways we might work together.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting the liberation of your pleasure with care and intention.

Warmly,

Dr. Nicole
