An Invitation to Transform
There are moments in life when insight alone is no longer enough.
You may understand your patterns intellectually and still find yourself caught in the same cycles of anxiety, shame, disconnection, grief, or relational pain. You may sense that something deeper is asking for your attention, something that cannot be accessed through thinking alone.
Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy offers an opportunity to approach healing from a different place. Through intentional preparation, supported experiences, and thoughtful integration, this work can create space for new perspectives, emotional processing, embodied healing, and meaningful change.
At The Pleasure Practice, Dr. Nicole provides psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and coaching for individuals and partners seeking deeper connection with themselves, their relationships, and their lives. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a desire for greater authenticity, this work is designed to support transformation that extends beyond the therapy room.
Services are available through ketamine individual and partner sessions in Chicago, virtual therapy for clients located in participating states, the Queer Joy: Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Group each summer, and psychedelic integration therapy for individuals working with experiences involving other psychedelic substances.

Working with Dr. Nicole helped me access parts of myself that I had spent years avoiding. I had been carrying anxiety, grief, and shame that I could understand intellectually, but I could not seem to move through. The combination of preparation, support, and integration allowed me to experience a level of healing that felt deeply embodied rather than just cognitive. I left our work feeling more connected to myself, more present in my relationships, and more trusting of my ability to navigate life.
Sarah M.
Dr. Nicole created a space where I felt genuinely safe to explore the complexity of my inner world. Through our work together, I gained insight into long-standing patterns around attachment, self-worth, and intimacy that had been shaping my relationships for years. What stood out most was her ability to help me transform those insights into meaningful changes in my everyday life. I feel more grounded, more confident in who I am, and more capable of building the kinds of relationships I truly want.
James R.
The Queer Joy Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Group was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Being held in community with other queer people while engaging in this work created a sense of connection and belonging that I had never experienced before. I walked away with greater self-compassion, a deeper connection to my body, and a renewed sense of possibility for my future. The experience continues to impact how I relate to myself, my community, and my capacity for joy.
